A woman has shared how her social media accounts were temporarily suspended after people claimed her body was not real. She explained that many users believed her appearance had been created using artificial intelligence.Tianna Moon, who is from East Anglia, lives with a rare medical condition called gigantomastia. This condition causes the breasts to grow rapidly and can lead to physical discomfort as well as challenges with body image.According to the Cleveland Clinic, gigantomastia is a rare condition in which breast tissue becomes unusually large. At her heaviest, she weighed 19 stone, but instead of her chest becoming smaller with weight loss, it continued to grow.Doctors later confirmed that her size had increased from an L cup to an M cup, which led to her diagnosis with gigantomastia in 2024.Even after losing an additional two stone, her condition continued to progress.
