Kelly Dodd has reportedly been accused by prosecutors of engaging in revenge porn and is facing jail time.
The “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum is being accused of sharing footage of a female having sex and masturbating without their consent, according to court docs obtained by TMZ Wednesday.
Dodd, 50, allegedly recorded the footage without the person’s consent. Prosecutors claim she shared the images in August 2025, causing the victim — who is listed as Jane Doe in court docs — to suffer severe emotional distress.
Prosecutors also claim Dodd contacted the person and threatened to injure her, her property and her family.
Page Six reached out to Dodd for comment but didn’t receive an immediate response.
The revenge porn allegations aren’t the reality star’s only legal troubles. The outlet also reported that she’s facing a separate battery charge for an alleged incident that occurred in June 2025 with a different person.
She’s now facing three misdemeanor charges and possible jail time, according to TMZ.
Dodd made no mention of the allegations on her social media Wednesday, though she promoted a workout tank top and a pickleball outfit on her Instagram.
Dodd appeared on Bravo’s “RHOC” for five seasons, from 2016 to 2021.
She’s been married to former Fox News correspondent Rick Leventhal since October 2020. Leventhal is Dodd’s third husband — she was previously married to Michael Dodd from 2006 to 2018 (with whom she shares daughter Jolie), and Scott Silva from 2001 to 2004.
Back in November, her leaked voicemail to her 19-year-old daughter went viral, in which she berated Jolie for allegedly “blocking” her.
