“90 Day Fiancé” star Thais Ramone’s domestic battery charge has been dropped amid her shocking split from Patrick Mendes.
Court records show that Ramone, 29, was arrested in Nevada on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge on May 22 — the same day news broke that Mendes, 36, filed for divorce from her after four years of marriage.
But TMZ reported Tuesday that the battery charge was dropped on May 24. The reality star’s rep tells Page Six in a statement that she’s now focused on moving forward privately and protecting her family during “an emotionally difficult time.”
“While a misdemeanor allegation was made following a personal family dispute, the matter was reviewed by the District Attorney and the charge was ultimately dropped. We believe that outcome speaks for itself,” Ramone’s rep, Dominique Enchinton, tells us.
“As with many deeply personal situations involving family and relationships, there are always complexities that the public may not fully see or understand,” her rep continues. “However, Thais has chosen not to engage in public back-and-forths or contribute to online speculation.”
Her rep adds, “Those who know her personally know her as a devoted mother, family-oriented woman, and someone who values peace, stability, and discretion above all else. At this time, her focus remains on her daughter, her family, and moving forward with grace and dignity.”
Ramone appears to be taking her split from Mendes in stride, judging from her social media. On Monday, she posted pictures of herself as well as her and Mendes’ 3-year-old daughter, Aleesi, on Instagram.
While she happily poses in the majority of pics, one snap does show her appearing to be teary-eyed.
“Lately ,” she wrote of her pics. “Thank you guys for so so so much love and support! Love you all!”
She also flaunted her fit physique in an Instagram Story Tuesday, wearing a matching bright red sports bra and leggings.
“Love working out,” she wrote.
