A Greek photographer has terrified people after he dropped his GoPro underneath a cruise ship, revealing what goes on underneath. Froilan, didn’t reveal where it happened or specify the exact location in the ocean where the camera fell.

 

 

A Greek photographer has disturbed viewers with his underwater GoPro footage captured beneath and alongside a cruise ship.Photographer Odysseas Froilan initially shared his footage on his YouTube channel in November 2021, and the video has already garnered more than 5.3 million views.

Froilan provides limited information about the footage, leaving uncertainty about the exact location in the ocean where he placed his GoPro.When he initially submerged the camera in the water while the cruise ship was anchored, viewers were thrilled to observe a school of fish seemingly baffled by the unfamiliar object that had entered their habitat.

Nevertheless, it was the nighttime footage that left viewers feeling more uneasy.Out of nowhere, sharks unexpectedly enter the view of the GoPro camera, and one quickly appears in the light of the camera at night before swiftly swimming away.

Moments later, an even larger shark calmly emerges from the shadows, swimming unfazed out of sight.

 

 

“The way I went from kicking my feet in the air at the cute fishies and thinking ‘maybe the ocean isn’t so scary after all’ in the day footage to blankly staring, terrified, at the night footage, further confirming my intense fear of the ocean,” one YouTube user commented.

 

 

“This was way more interesting than I thought it would be. Man there’s something primally terrifying about seeing a shark emerge from the darkness like that,” another agreed.

More people in the comments said they don’t want to swim in the ocean and prefer pools to stay away from sharks.

 

 

“For years I wondered why there were pools on a cruise ship when there was this great big body of water to swim in. It’s videos like this that make me realize the importance of swimming in chlorine water,” a third user commented.

 

 

“I would just like to point out the difference in marine life depending on the time of day. If you ever find yourself on a cruise, do not take a bet and jump into the ocean at night, most sharks are nocturnal hunters and they are basically just waiting for you,” a fourth warned.

Earlier this year, a video went viral on a platform known as X, formerly Twitter.

 

 

The video captured the moment when a young man, Cameron Robbins, 18, jumped off a cruise ship in the Bahamas as part of a dare.Tragically, he was then attacked by sharks.

 

 

This video of Cameron’s daredevil stunt garnered over 10 million views on X in June. Some viewers believed it showed the moment when sharks pulled him underwater.

The incident took place on May 24, around 11:30 pm, near Nassau, Bahamas, close to the Blackbeard’s Revenge sunset cruise ship.

 

 

On May 27, the United States Coast Guard, assisting the Royal Bahamas Defence Force in the search, confirmed that the search had been concluded, even though Cameron’s body was never recovered.
